The shoe itself is really nice and well built. Padding is fabulous .. but I`m used to store bought heels. Heel padding was great ... could`ve been more in the toes for the 3`. The fit, that I was disappointed with. I wear a street shoe size 6 & ordered that size. My toes slid out over the toe. Tried a 7 (I measured out to a 6 1/2 & 7). The 7 were a little big, gapping around the toe area. Made sure the ankle strap was as tight as possible, but still my toes slid through the opening. I bought these shoes because I heard the padding is great. I`m not a dancer, but because I don`t wear heels much, thought I`d try it for the comfort factor. The padding is great. Could have more in the toe area. Reason I say this is my old store bought pair are 4` heels. The angle my foot sit in these 3` ballroom shoes was the same or higher than my 4` ones. On my store bought ones my you walk more on the ball of your foot. The ballroom ones, you`re up on toes. I will try again, just a different style. I will get the shoe sizer for the next pair. I suggest this will save you some trouble. |
